1. General Provisions

The online store www.imegagroup.pl is operated by IMEGA Sp. z o.o. based in Rybnik, ul. Smolna 14, 44-200 Rybnik, NIP: PL6423233602, e-mail: [email protected].

The scope of business is the sale of professional agricultural platforms, including XAG drones and ground robots.

A customer may be an adult - natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity.

A consumer is a natural person making a purchase unrelated to professional activity.

2. Technical Requirements

Internet access and a browser supporting JavaScript (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) are required to use the store. Minimum screen resolution: 1024×768 pixels.

Users may not use the site unlawfully, violating personal rights of others, disrupting site functionality, or distributing unlawful content.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed at any time through the website.

Order process: (1) select products and quantities; (2) choose delivery and payment methods; (3) review order summary; (4) confirm order.

Upon receiving the order, the seller confirms order details electronically and checks product availability.

A sales agreement is concluded between the customer and seller upon sending payment confirmation.

Sales agreements are concluded in Polish.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, online payment, payment on delivery.

5. Delivery

We deliver goods throughout Poland and the European Union via courier companies.

Delivery time depends on product availability and is usually 2-7 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

Submitting a written withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

The withdrawal period begins from the day the customer receives the goods.

7. Complaints

The seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.

The seller is liable for physical and legal defects of goods in accordance with the Civil Code.

Complaints may be filed in any form understandable to the seller. Defects and customer demands must be specified.

The customer should report the defect within one year of discovery (if discovered within two years of delivery).

The seller resolves complaints within 14 days of receipt.

8. Quality Guarantee

The seller guarantees product functionality for one year from receipt, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and operates within Poland and EU territory.

The guarantee does not cover improper installation, misuse, neglect, or normal wear.

Remedy options include: repair, replacement (if repair impossible), or price reduction/refund (if replacement impossible).

9. Personal Data Protection

The operator processes customer data in accordance with Polish Personal Data Protection Act and Electronic Services Law.

Detailed rules on personal data and cookie processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

Disputes between the operator and consumers are resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Consumers may access extrajudicial complaint procedures via: http://www.uokik.gov.pl, http://www.rzu.gov.pl, or regional consumer protection offices.

Non-consumer disputes are resolved before courts competent for the seller's registered office.

Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein.

These terms do not limit customer rights under applicable law.
